Our Process
When you hear scratching in the walls or footsteps in the attic, we know you feel defeated and scared. Our process is designed to eliminate that stress from the very first call.
We define "humane" with our actions. We never use poisons that can cause prolong suffering. Instead, we use safe bait and traps to capture animals without causing them any harm. While in our care, every animal is given water and a health check before relocation / removal.
We believe you should be part of the entire process, which is why we overcommunicate to keep you in the loop. Through texts and calls, we provide you with a clear timeline and daily progress reports.
The final result is a true happy ending. For the animal, it's a safe relocation to a new habitat. For you, it's a clean, sanitary home where you can feel safe again.
Since we believe in 100% transparency here is a new example of what it might cost for you to hire us:
A client in Lynchburg Virginia has seen 1 racoon coming in and out of their barn. No damage has been detected but we know the racoon is nesting inside the garage. We will come out and set up 1 bait and cage for 24-hour period in Lynchburg is $150. Each additional 24 hours is additional $75. Each animal we capture is $75(removal fee). There is NO GUARANTEE of capture.
1 cage for 24 hours plus the client asked 1 extra day of trapping= $150 + $75= $225 ( however, we caught the racoon in the 1st day, so they received a refund of $75 for this portion)
We caught a racoon = $75
We also swept and sprayed/sanitized the area from feces.
Grand total for this client= $225
